The Australian version of The Bachelor has love triangles so romantic, contestants dont even need to win the show to walk away with truelove.
Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon joined the cast of Australias The Bachelor season four to vie for the heart of 31-year-old Richie Strahan, a rope access technician from Perth.
Neither Megan, a health promotions officer, or Tiffany, a training administrator, made it to the final rose ceremony, but they did fall for each other during their stay in the mansion; because, even on the set of a reality television show in an increasingly depressing world, LOVE EXISTS, SOMEHOW.
In a post on Instagram, Megan, 27, paid tribute to Tiffany on her 30th birthday, insisting though they met in a very strange situation, their friendship ripened into something bolder.
Shes helped me to disintegrate many of the ideals Ive had that were harmful (about relationships, about career and stability) and for that I feel set free. Thank you for always asking questions (detective Tiff), for being curious about people, ideologies and the universe; for loving people with such a wholesome love that I dont know if I would ever be able to emulate. It inspires me. Happy Birthday Tiffany. I love you.
Sweet baby Jesus, thats romantic. Oh, and yeah, they both casually look like unattainably gorgeous supermodels. NBD.
Their Instas are basically two stunning, Tumblr-y shrines to their relationship.
Here they are, probably looking at porn, in a sunlit bay window.
Here they are refusing to respect the traditional rules of giant chess.
Here they are trespassing with reckless abandon.
Here they are topless 127 Hours-ing.
Here they are having just buried Richie Strahans body.*
Keep your fingerscrossed Megand Tiffsvery public relationship inspires an LBGTQ season (or spinoff, maybe???) of The Bachelor.
Until then, well all just sigh while we scroll through their social media.
*OMG, kidding. Relax.
